=== RCW POST SHOW ===
A camera is set up in the locker room. The door swings open and in walks the new IJWF Champion Izzy Van Doren. She sits down on the bench, covered in sweat, she drapes the title over her shoulder. She breathes heavily, gassed from the match earlier. She spits on the ground and messes with her hair. Some glitter shakes out and falls to the ground. The camera stays focused on the sweaty, makeup smeared face of Chicago's Favorite Gal.
IZZY VAN DOREN: "The last couple of months, probably even years, have been pretty polarizing for me. I just beat one of the best in the world, Emi Hirota, in the middle of a Rose City Wrestling ring. Their first show back in operation. Now, me and Rose City management haven't always been on the same page. We fought a lot. I was released. I had a lot of stuff that I felt I deserved. I agreed to come back. When Rose City closed I was on my way to becoming the Queen of Roses, a title that most people would claim I should've had a long time ago. This..." *She holds high her newly won championship* "...this has been my goal for a long, long time. This is my ticket into The Lilith Morgan Memorial Cup. Then... I'm going to win the Crown. Because I say before you on camera and on the internet that I will be the first Double IJWF World Champion and RCW Queen of Roses."
Izzy shifts her focus to the ground for a second. She pulls her hair back and looks into the title.
IZZY VAN DOREN: "This year has been extremely tumultuous. My emotions have been up and down. Despite all of that, I've kept busy and working on being... not just the best female wrestler... but the best wrestler period. Under all the craziness you see out there, I live and breathe this business. I have lived this business since I was just Isabella. For years I have busted my ass against people taller than me, people heavier than me, it didn't matter. I don't care who you are, where you come from, what color skin you have, what gender you identify as, who you love, I will meet you in that ring. You will find out that I'm not afraid of anyone or any challenge. Now... I think you all have some questions."
INTERVIEWER #1: "Do you feel like all the struggles you've faced so far have been vindicated?"
IZZY VAN DOREN: "I said before this year has been like a roller coaster ya know? And I don't necessarily feel vindicated, but I feel that I'm finally on the pedestal I should be on."
INTERVIEWER #2: "What training did you go through to get here and how hard was it beating your opponent?"
IZZY VAN DOREN: "A lot of endurance training. Emi is tough. She's held this championship for god knows how long. She rung my bell I don't know how many times. She is the real fucking deal. Getting my cardio up, and making sure my strikes were just as deadly as hers. In the end it all came down to timing. I had a moment to strike and I took it, gave it my all, and got the W."
IZZY VAN DOREN: "Thank you guys for the questions. I'm sorry it was short, but I really need a shower, an ice pack, and a few cold ones."
Izzy lays the mic down and exits the room. Fade to black.
